As an Immigration Specialist, you’ll work closely with clients to navigate the complex process of obtaining Permanent Resident and Citizenship status. You’ll use your expertise in immigration law to provide clear, actionable advice, ensuring that every client receives the best possible support. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Assist clients in completing and submitting Permanent Resident and Citizenship applications, ensuring all documents are accurate and up-to-date.
• Provide personalized advice and guidance to clients throughout the immigration process, addressing their concerns and answering their questions.
• Coordinate with legal and administrative teams to ensure smooth and efficient processing of applications.
• Stay up-to-date with changes in immigration laws and regulations, and provide clients with the latest information and updates.
• Maintain detailed records of client interactions and application progress, ensuring compliance with legal and ethical standards.
• Collaborate with other specialists to develop and implement client service strategies that enhance satisfaction and retention.
• Attend training sessions and workshops to continuously improve your knowledge and skills in immigration law.
• Represent Private Advertiser at client meetings and events, building strong relationships and promoting our services.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor’s degree in Law, Immigration Studies, or a related field, with at least 3 years of relevant experience in immigration law or a similar role.
• In-depth knowledge of Indonesian immigration laws and regulations, including the requirements for Permanent Resident and Citizenship applications.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and provide clear, concise advice.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia, both written and spoken.
• Experience using immigration software and databases, such as the Indonesian Immigration Online System (SIMPATI).
• Certification in immigration law or a related field is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
