📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee daily laboratory operations, ensuring adherence to safety protocols and quality standards.
• Manage a team of laboratory technicians, providing guidance and support for their professional development.
• Develop and implement new testing protocols and methodologies to improve product quality and efficiency.
• Conduct rigorous testing and analysis to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement and innovation in chemical manufacturing processes.
• Monitor and report on laboratory performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
• Ensure compliance with environmental and safety regulations, implementing measures to minimize risk and protect the health and safety of personnel.
• Stay abreast of industry trends and advancements, incorporating new technologies and methodologies into laboratory operations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in a laboratory setting, with a focus on electroplating chemical manufacturing.
• Proven track record of managing laboratory teams and driving continuous improvement initiatives.
• Strong knowledge of industry standards and regulations, including ISO, ASTM, and environmental safety guidelines.
• Proficiency in using laboratory equipment and software, such as HPLC, GC-MS, and data analysis tools.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
• Certification in laboratory safety and environmental compliance is a plus.
