📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Perform daily room inspections and cleaning using the Hilton Cleaning Management System.
• Maintain and restock public areas, including lobbies, restaurants, and meeting rooms.
• Utilize CleanLinx to track and manage cleaning schedules and tasks.
• Ensure all rooms are prepared according to the hotel's high standards of cleanliness and presentation.
• Handle guest requests and complaints promptly and professionally.
• Participate in regular training sessions to stay updated on industry best practices.
• Collaborate with the housekeeping supervisor to ensure efficient and effective operations.
• Adhere to all health and safety regulations and protocols.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in housekeeping or a related field.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness.
• Familiarity with using the Hilton Cleaning Management System and CleanLinx.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to lift and move up to 30 kg of luggage and equipment.
• Proficiency in both English and Indonesian languages.
• Valid ID and work permit for Indonesia.
