🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as healthcare, medicine, or a similar discipline
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a patient support or healthcare-related role
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with patients
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia
• Proficiency in using digital health platforms and tools, such as secure messaging systems and appointment schedulers
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically and creatively
• Valid certification in patient support or a related field is a plus
