📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Provide technical support to customers, resolving hardware and software issues promptly and professionally.
• Install, configure, and maintain IT equipment and systems as per customer requirements.
• Conduct troubleshooting and diagnostics to identify and resolve technical problems.
• Collaborate with the sales team to ensure smooth post-sales support and customer satisfaction.
• Document all technical activities and maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to enhance service quality.
• Train and mentor junior technicians to ensure continuous improvement in service delivery.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, and adhere to safety standards.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in technical support or a similar role.
• Proficiency in using technical tools and software such as ServiceNow, Jira, and ITIL frameworks.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Certifications in ITIL or other relevant technical certifications are a plus.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
