📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Lead a team of product designers and developers, ensuring the delivery of high-quality, user-centric products.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand customer needs and translate them into effective design solutions.
• Create and maintain design systems and style guides to ensure consistency across all products.
• Develop wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups using tools like Figma, Sketch, and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Conduct user research and usability testing to inform design decisions and improve user experience.
• Implement front-end and back-end solutions to bring designs to life and ensure seamless user interactions.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends, technologies, and best practices in the industry.
• Mentor and coach junior designers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of experience in product design, with a strong portfolio showcasing your work.
• Proven experience leading a team of designers and developers, and mentoring junior designers.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Strong technical skills in front-end and back-end development, including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and a backend language like Python or Node.js.
• Experience with design systems and style guides, and a passion for creating consistent, scalable design solutions.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a remote team environment.
• A portfolio that demonstrates your ability to solve complex customer problems through intuitive, polished, and shippable solutions.
