📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Provide high-quality dental care to patients, including pre-treatment counseling, treatment planning, and post-treatment care.
- Assist dental professionals in performing dental procedures, such as fillings, extractions, and root canal treatments.
- Operate and maintain dental equipment, including dental chairs, drills, and imaging systems.
- Administer local anesthesia and monitor patients for any adverse reactions.
- Prepare and sterilize dental instruments and equipment in accordance with hospital protocols.
- Document patient medical records and maintain patient confidentiality.
- Assist in patient education and provide information about dental health and preventive care.
- Collaborate with the dental team to ensure a smooth and efficient workflow.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Nursing or related healthcare field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Dental Nurse or similar role in a healthcare setting.
- Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS).
- Knowledge of dental procedures, anatomy, and physiology.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work well in a team and under pressure.
- Familiarity with dental software and electronic health records (EHR) systems.
- Commitment to maintaining high standards of patient care and safety.
