📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Manage the procurement process, including supplier selection, contract negotiation, and order placement.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and vendors.
  • Ensure compliance with all procurement policies and procedures.
  • Monitor and analyze procurement spend to identify cost-saving opportunities.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of materials and services.
  • Conduct regular supplier performance reviews and audits.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in procurement.
  • Provide Mandarin language support for international suppliers and clients.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Procurement, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in procurement, with a strong focus on supplier management and contract negotiation.
  • Proficient in Mandarin language, both written and spoken.
  • Strong knowledge of procurement software and systems.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proven track record of cost-saving initiatives.
  • Familiarity with Indonesian business culture and regulations.
