📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the entire grant lifecycle, from proposal development to final reporting, ensuring compliance with internal policies and external regulations.
• Manage and monitor grant activities, including budget tracking, financial reporting, and performance measurement.
• Provide guidance and support to staff on grant-related processes, ensuring adherence to compliance standards.
• Collaborate with program managers, financial analysts, and external partners to ensure seamless grant operations.
• Develop and implement grant governance policies and procedures to enhance the integrity and efficiency of grant management processes.
• Conduct regular audits and reviews of grant activities to identify areas for improvement and ensure compliance.
• Leverage data analytics tools to monitor grant performance and provide insights for strategic decision-making.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of all grant-related activities and compliance measures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in grant governance and compliance, preferably in the healthcare sector.
• Strong understanding of grant management processes, including proposal development, budget tracking, and financial reporting.
• Proficiency in using grant management software such as Grants Management System (GMS) or similar tools.
• Certification in grant governance and compliance, such as Certified Grant Professional (CGP) or similar, is a plus.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with a diverse team.
• Knowledge of relevant healthcare regulations and standards, such as HIPAA or other industry-specific guidelines.
