📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Lead and manage a team of maintenance technicians, ensuring they are trained and equipped to perform their duties effectively.
• Oversee the maintenance of critical equipment and machinery, ensuring they are operating at optimal efficiency.
• Plan and schedule maintenance activities, ensuring minimal disruption to production schedules.
• Monitor and maintain the integrity of our production facilities, ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory standards.
• Conduct regular inspections and audits to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
• Collaborate with production teams to address any maintenance issues and ensure smooth operation of the facilities.
• Implement and enforce best practices for maintenance management, including preventive and predictive maintenance.
• Ensure the availability and proper functioning of spare parts and tools, maintaining an adequate inventory.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in maintenance management, with a strong background in facility and equipment oversight.
• Certification in maintenance management or a related field is a plus.
• Proficient in using maintenance management software such as SAP PM, IBM Maximo, or similar.
• Strong knowledge of industry standards and regulations, particularly in the food and beverage sector.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Familiarity with the food and beverage manufacturing processes is a plus.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment, with a strong commitment to safety and quality.
