📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement digital marketing campaigns using tools like Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and Meta Business Suite.
• Analyze campaign performance using Google Analytics, Google Data Studio, and other analytics tools to optimize marketing efforts.
• Create and manage social media content for our platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities and threats.
• Collaborate with the sales and product teams to align marketing strategies with business goals.
• Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of marketing initiatives.
• Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends and best practices.
• Provide regular updates and recommendations to the marketing team and management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in digital marketing, with a proven track record in e-commerce.
• Proficient in using Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and Meta Business Suite.
• Strong analytical skills with experience in using Google Analytics and Google Data Studio.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Certification in Google Analytics or Google Ads is a plus.
• Familiarity with SEO and content marketing is a plus.
