📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain accurate cost estimates for construction projects using software such as Autodesk Revit, AutoCAD, and Microsoft Project.
• Conduct site visits and inspections to monitor project progress and ensure compliance with project plans and specifications.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure that projects are delivered on time and within budget.
• Prepare and submit cost reports, change orders, and other documentation to clients and stakeholders.
• Analyze project data to identify cost-saving opportunities and improve project efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and industry standards.
• Provide technical support to project teams on cost-related matters.
• Participate in project meetings and provide input on cost-related decisions.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi & Syarat:

• Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction estimation and cost control.
• Proficiency in using Autodesk Revit, AutoCAD, and Microsoft Project.
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian construction industry practices and regulations.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work well in a team and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel.
• Certification in PMP or other relevant project management certifications is a plus.
