Makmur Nanda Cafe & Coffee is seeking a dynamic and experienced Store Manager to oversee the daily operations of our café in Bontang. As the Store Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth running of our business, managing staff, and delivering exceptional customer service. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the café, ensuring high standards of cleanliness and organization.,Manage and train a team of staff to deliver excellent customer service and maintain a positive work environment.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.,Monitor and manage inventory, ensuring adequate supplies and minimizing waste.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, as well as food safety standards.,Prepare and present daily, weekly, and monthly reports to management.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.,Participate in staff meetings and contribute to the overall development of the café.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience in a managerial role within the food and beverage industry.,Strong leadership and team management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.,Experience in inventory management and budgeting.,Knowledge of POS systems and basic accounting principles.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,A passion for coffee and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.
