You will work closely with our engineering and product teams to ensure that our documentation is accurate, up-to-date, and user-friendly.

Develop and maintain comprehensive technical documentation for our products and services,Collaborate with engineering and product teams to ensure that our documentation is accurate and up-to-date,Create user guides, API documentation, and other technical resources to support our customers,Conduct technical writing training and workshops for our team members,Review and edit technical documentation to ensure clarity, accuracy, and consistency,Stay up-to-date with the latest technical writing trends and best practices

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Technical Writing, English Literature, or a related field,Minimum of 5 years of experience in technical writing,Strong understanding of technical concepts and the ability to explain them clearly,Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills,Familiarity with technical writing tools and software, such as MadCap Flare, Confluence, or similar,Ability to work independently and as part of a team,Strong communication and interpersonal skills
