📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the department,Develop and implement departmental strategies and goals,Manage and mentor department staff, providing guidance and support,Ensure that all departmental tasks are completed on time and to the required standard,Monitor departmental performance and provide regular reports to senior management,Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures,Represent the company at industry events and conferences

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in a related field,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a leadership role,Strong knowledge of departmental operations and processes,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite,Familiarity with HRIS systems is a plus,Ability to travel as required
