RADIUS Abadi is seeking a dynamic and experienced Lead Restaurant Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our restaurant, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction, and driving sales growth. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in restaurant management and a passion for delivering exceptional dining experiences.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and quality control.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.,Train and mentor restaurant staff to ensure high levels of service and customer satisfaction.,Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to drive growth.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.,Manage budgets and financial performance of the restaurant.,Foster a positive and productive work environment for the team.,Represent the restaurant at industry events and networking opportunities.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar role in the hospitality industry.,Strong leadership and team management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Knowledge of restaurant operations, including food and beverage service, inventory management, and staff scheduling.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.,Familiarity with POS systems and restaurant management software.,Ability to analyze sales data and implement strategies to drive growth.
