As a Lead Outlet Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the operations of our retail outlets, ensuring customer satisfaction, and driving sales growth. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of assigned retail outlets, including staffing, inventory, and sales targets.,Develop and implement strategies to improve outlet performance and customer satisfaction.,Train and mentor outlet staff to ensure they meet our high standards of service and sales.,Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to the regional manager.,Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations.,Conduct regular outlet audits to identify areas for improvement.,Collaborate with the marketing team to promote sales and special offers.,Build and maintain strong relationships with key suppliers and customers.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in retail management, preferably in a fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) environment.,Proven track record of successfully managing retail outlets and driving sales growth.,Strong leadership and team management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Familiarity with retail software and point-of-sale (POS) systems.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Knowledge of Indonesian market and consumer behavior is a plus.
