📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Overseeing daily operations and ensuring the smooth running of the business.,Developing and implementing strategies to improve efficiency and productivity.,Managing the store team, including recruitment, training, and performance management.,Ensuring compliance with all health and safety regulations.,Managing the store's budget and financial performance.,Building and maintaining strong relationships with suppliers and customers.,Promoting the store's brand and ensuring a positive customer experience.,Leading and motivating the team to achieve the store's goals.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

A bachelor's degree in business administration, management, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a managerial role, preferably in the retail industry.,Strong leadership and team management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office and other relevant software.,Familiarity with retail operations and customer service best practices.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,A valid driver's license and a reliable vehicle for travel to the office.
