📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage recruitment processes, including job postings, interviews, and onboarding.,Maintain and update employee records, including personal data, performance reviews, and benefits information.,Adhere to company policies and procedures related to human resources, including compliance with labor laws and regulations.,Assist in the development and implementation of HR strategies and programs.,Handle employee relations, including resolving conflicts and addressing grievances.,Conduct performance appraisals and provide feedback to employees.,Assist in the planning and execution of training programs for employees.,Stay updated on HR trends and best practices, and apply this knowledge to improve HR processes.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR, preferably in a similar industry.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using HR software and tools.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.,Certification in HR management or a related field is a plus.
