📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the Head Butler in managing and coordinating the hotel's staff and services,Provide exceptional customer service to guests, ensuring their needs are met promptly and efficiently,Oversee the daily operations of the hotel, including housekeeping, maintenance, and guest services,Coordinate with various departments to ensure smooth operations and guest satisfaction,Maintain a clean and comfortable environment for guests and staff,Handle guest complaints and concerns, ensuring a positive resolution,Assist in the training and development of new staff members,Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in hospitality

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role in the hospitality industry,Strong customer service orientation and excellent communication skills,Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia,Familiarity with hotel management systems and software,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines,Strong organizational and time management skills,Ability to lift and carry heavy objects as needed,Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
