📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily operations and ensure smooth running of the restaurant,Manage staff schedules, training, and performance,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations,Monitor and control inventory levels and costs,Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain customers,Ensure high levels of customer service and satisfaction,Collaborate with the General Manager to achieve business objectives,Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field,Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role in the food and beverage industry,Strong leadership and management skills,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite,Knowledge of POS systems and inventory management software,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines,Familiarity with Indonesian food and beverage industry regulations and standards
