In this role, you will be responsible for managing the company's financial records, preparing financial statements, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards and regulations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting and a proven track record of success in a similar role.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Managing the company's financial records and ensuring accuracy and completeness.,Preparing and reviewing financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.,Ensuring compliance with accounting standards and regulations.,Assisting in the preparation of tax returns and ensuring timely filing.,Providing financial analysis and reporting to support business decisions.,Supervising and mentoring junior accountants and finance staff.,Collaborating with other departments to ensure accurate financial reporting and analysis.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting, with at least 3 years in a senior or managerial role.,Strong knowledge of accounting standards and regulations.,Proficiency in using accounting software, such as SAP, Oracle, or QuickBooks.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Fluency in English and Indonesian.
