We are currently seeking a talented and experienced Project Manager to join our team in Jakarta Barat. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and completion of construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and manage project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocations.,Oversee the construction process, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.,Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to ensure project success.,Monitor project progress and address any issues or challenges that arise.,Ensure that all project documentation is accurate, complete, and up-to-date.,Provide regular progress reports to senior management.,Ensure that the project is completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management in the construction industry.,Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and equipment.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with project management software and tools.,Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
