One Point Cemerlang is seeking a dynamic and experienced Lead Supply Chain Staff to join our team in Palembang. This role is pivotal in ensuring the smooth flow of our supply chain operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in supply chain management and a proven track record of optimizing logistics and procurement processes.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee and manage the entire supply chain process from procurement to delivery.,Develop and implement strategies to improve supply chain efficiency and reduce costs.,Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and vendors.,Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely replenishment.,Coordinate with internal teams to meet production and customer demand.,Analyze market trends and adjust supply chain strategies accordingly.,Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.,Lead and mentor the supply chain team to achieve organizational goals.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a supply chain or logistics role.,Proven experience in managing inventory and procurement processes.,Strong knowledge of supply chain software and tools.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with Indonesian market and regulations is a plus.,Fluency in both English and Indonesian is preferred.
