📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with company regulations and best practices.,Manage the recruitment process from job advertising to onboarding, ensuring we attract and hire the best talent.,Oversee employee training and development programs to enhance skills and performance.,Handle employee relations, including performance management, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution.,Conduct regular performance appraisals and provide constructive feedback to employees.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and ensure compliance with labor laws.,Collaborate with management to align HR strategies with business goals.,Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in human resources.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Proven experience in recruitment, training, and employee relations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks effectively.,Familiarity with HR software and tools is a plus.,Fluent in both written and spoken Indonesian and English.
