VERTEX Indonesia is looking for a dedicated IT Support professional to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing technical assistance and support to our employees, ensuring the smooth operation of our IT infrastructure. This is a hybrid position, offering flexibility and the opportunity to work both in the office and remotely.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Provide technical support to employees, including hardware, software, and network issues.,Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, networks, and software applications.,Monitor and maintain IT infrastructure, including servers, workstations, and network devices.,Assist in the implementation of new IT systems and technologies.,Troubleshoot and resolve IT-related problems and issues.,Ensure the security and integrity of IT systems and data.,Provide training and guidance to employees on IT-related matters.,Maintain accurate records of IT assets and software licenses.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in IT support or a related role.,Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, including hardware, software, and network systems.,Familiarity with operating systems such as Windows and Linux.,Experience with network protocols and technologies.,Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.,Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.,Ability to work in a hybrid environment.
