📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the Store Manager in overseeing daily store operations and ensuring smooth running of the store.,Manage the store's inventory, including stock levels, ordering, and replenishment.,Train and develop store staff to ensure high levels of customer service and sales performance.,Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to meet or exceed sales targets.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues to ensure customer satisfaction.,Conduct regular store audits to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Assist in the planning and execution of store promotions and events.,Maintain a clean and organized store environment.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 2 years of experience in retail management or a similar role.,Proven track record of achieving sales targets and improving store performance.,Strong leadership and team management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Knowledge of retail software and systems is a plus.,Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field is preferred.,Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
